Elk Grove Police Stop Bicyclist, Allegedly in Possession of Stolen Credit Cards

An evening bicycle ride led to the arrest of an Elk Grove man.

Shortly after 9 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, Elk Grove Police stopped Bryan Patrick Hass, 32, who was riding a bicycle near Emerald Vista and Feickert drives for a code violation. A records check revealed Haas (pictured above) was on probation,

A probation search allegedly led to the discovery of stolen credit cards. Haas was arrested and booked into the county jail where he is held on a $55,000 bail will be arraigned on Monday, August 21.
