Woman Robbed of Purse in Elk Grove

A woman was robbed of her purse in an early-afternoon purse snatching.

Just before 2 p.m. on Monday, September 11 the victim was approach by an unknown person on the 7400 block of Laguna Boulevard. The suspect grabbed the victim's purse and fled on foot.

A witness chased the suspect, but was unable to detain him. The suspect was described as a black male adult, approximately 18 years of age, with a skinny build, wearing a black top, black shorts, and red shoes.

Responding police were unable to locate the suspect. The victim was not injured.

This is all Trump's fault. First global warming, DACA, and now in the heart of our shopping district in broad daylight, an Usain Bolt-wannabe trying out for the relay team using a purse instead of a baton!
