Two Men Issued Citizen's Arrest by Elk Grove Police After Allegedly Attacking Motorist

Two men were issued citations after they allegedly attacked a motorist in Elk Grove on the 5200 block of Olivehurst Way.
Shortly after 4:30 pm. on Monday, March 20 a motorist passed a vehicle with two occupants. When the victim stopped his vehicle, one of the occupants of the other vehicle, Pablo Lawlor, 21, of Elk Grove, approached the victim's car and punched the victim through the window.
The other suspect, Alente Bell, 20, of Stockton hit the back of the victim's vehicle causing damage. Responding Elk Grove Police officers placed both suspects under a citizen's arrest and charged with misdemeanor assault and battery, and misdemeanor vandalism.
