Five Suspects With Outstanding Arrest Warrants Apprehended by Elk Grove Police

Five suspects, two of whom are are parole, with outstanding warrants were taken into custody by Elk Grove Police on Wednesday, May 2.

The suspects taken into custody were:

- Odis Davis, 59 of Sacramento. Davis is being held on two misdemeanor charges and is not eligible for release.

- Jude Matthew Rowland, 41 of Citrus Heights. Rowland is being held on felony auto theft charges and violating parole and is not eligible for release.

- Syed Iqbal, 24, of Sacramento. The suspect and booked into the county jail and was released.

- Bryan Burns, 32, of Elk Grove. Burns is being held on two misdemeanor charges with bail of $10,500.  

- Daniel Jasonmay Wagner, 24, of Elk Grove. The suspect was booked into the county jail and released on bail.

-Derek Leon Pierson, 32, of Elk Grove. The suspect is being held on violation of parole and is not eligible for release.

Suspects still in custody will be arraigned on Friday, May 4.
