Two Victims Injured, Hospitalized in Late Night Shooting in Elk Grove

A shooting that left two people injured in under investigation by Elk Grove Police.
Just before midnight on Monday, May 28, police officers were dispatched to the 5200 block of Deepdale drive in far north Elk Grove regarding gun shots. When investigating, officers located two people who had been wounded by gunfire.
The two victims were transported to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. There is no suspect information currently available.
