Based on early results posted by the county board of elections, Sacramento County Board of Supervisor Patrick Kennedy will easily win a second term for District 2.
Kennedy currently has 12,088 votes or 81-percent of the vote over his sole challenger Ronald Bell who has 2,796 votes.
