The record-setting rainfall in the Sacramento during February 2019 has continued into March.
This video was shot on Wilton Road in Wilton California on Saturday, March 2, 2019. Although the rainfall has been one for the record books, the Cosumnes Rivers does not appear to be near flooding stages as it was in 2017.
