Motorist suspected of hit and run arrested by Elk Grove Police

A motorist suspected in a hit run collison was apprhended by Elk Grove Police on the late afternoon of Firday, July 19.
The supect, Joseph Harlyn Harris, 24, of Sacramento allegedly fled from a collision near Grant Line and Waterman roads. After responding Elk Grove Police located Harris, a record check showed he was on probation.
Harrris was booked into the county jail but is scheduled for release today. Harris' next court appearance is on thursday, August 1.
