Two men suspected of stealing from construction site, drug possession arrested by Elk Grove Police

Two suspects were arrested after Elk Grove Police officers witnessed suspicious activity near a construction site.
At approximately 1:30 am on Thursday, November 5, police officers witnessed Jose Alfredo Loya, 34, and Oscar Guillen, 33, both of Sacramento, near a construction site near Black Swan Drive and Odyssey Court on the city's eastside. After detaining both men, police learned Guillen had an arrest warrant.
A search led to the discovery of methamphetamine and determined lumber in their possession was stolen from a construction site. Both suspects have been released.
