Go Fund Me started for noted Elk Grove community fundraiser in need of medical assistance

This appeal being made today is for a person in the Elk Grove community who always drops everything to help others, but now she needs help herself. The person I am referring to is Ms. Teresa Rodriguez

If you were not aware, Teresa recently had major amputation surgery and was on the road to recovery when she fell and broke the same leg.  Teresa is getting ready to leave the hospital and wants to return home to recover in a safe environment during these difficult times when Covid-19 is killing our most vulnerable.

A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help Teresa pay for the home health care she desperately needs.  I am asking for your help in raising money for Teresa.

Back in 2015 when the Lions Club’s trailer was stolen, Teresa asked several people to help her with a fundraiser to replace the trailer knowing how many people the Lions Club serves with their meals.  She led a group that put their all into that sold-out event.

The needs of the many is very important and Teresa has always answered the call even when not asked to do so.  However, now the needs of the one are very much needed, and returning the generosity would be very much appreciated to help Teresa heal at home where she can be safe.

Below is the link to her Go Fund Me account.
