Hidden Review - Hubcap Mike




Sometimes the best way to gauge a business is how they respond to a mistake.

Last week I ordered four replacement hubcaps and received them two days later, as promised. Unfortunately, I received only one hubcap and it was the wrong style.

I contacted the business on the next business day and explained what happened. I spoke with, yes "Hubcap Mike" and told him the error. After checking the order number, he apologized for the error, told me I could keep the wrong order, and replacements would be immediately shipped.

Sure enough, they arrived in less than 48 hours as promised. Like I said, it was a mistake, but it was handled quickly and correctly. Well done!
