While Elk Grove City Council members typically hear from a narrow sliver of constituents during their meetings, recently other people are stepping up to the virtual podium to be heard.
At the Wednesday, July 28 meeting another person, who to the best of our knowledge, has never spoken to the city council had their concerns communicated. As with another similar citizen at the most recent meeting, this person discussed quality of life issues in Elk Grove.
