UPDATED - Arrest warrant issued in Sacramento Superior Court for man suspected of kidnapping his children

The Sacramento District Attorney's office has announced the two children have been safely located. There is no report on the status of their father who allegedly kidnapping the children following a custody dispute.
A felony arrest warrant was issued in the Superior Court of Sacramento County for a mana suspected of kidnapping his minor children.
It is alleged that Ramos abducted his sons and fled after the mother was granted custody of the boys. Charlie, Raziel and Ronin Ramos were last seen on September 15, 2021, near the Circle K on Northgate Boulevard in Sacramento. At this time, whereabouts of Mr. Ramos and his children are unknown.
Mr. Ramos' last know residence was Carmichael, Calif. Anyone with information on their whereabouts are asked to call 911.
