As well documented on Elk Grove News, Pat Hume has always been a loud pontificator on the Elk Grove City Council. Silence now? Not surprising!
Maybe Hume is in Houston with pompous Ted Cruz at the NRA Convention. Both seem to be cut from the same Republican mold and always think they are the smartest people in the room.
