The first tallies from Sacramento County Voter Registration and Election show Elk Grove City Councilmember Stephanie Nguyen leading Sacramento City Councilmember Eric Guerra for District 10 California Assembly race.
With just over 10-percent of the ballots counted on the first release, Nguyen has 9,079 votes or 34.76-percent. In second place Guerra has 7,172 votes for 27.46-percent with Eric Rigard securing 6,471 votes for 24.77-percent.
