The City of Elk Grove will implement temporary traffic controls across southeast Elk Grove on Monday, July 4th, for the 26th annual Elk Grove Salutes the Red, White & Blue event scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Elk Grove Regional Park. Traffic Closures & Detours: A traffic plan has been created, and road closures and detours will be in effect from approximately 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Streets closed from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Streets closed from 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Detours in effect from 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Auto Mall Area Closures from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Ride SacRT for FREE to the Park: SacRT is offering FREE shuttle rides on two special routes to get to and from Elk Grove Park on Sunday, July 4th. The shuttles are available every 15 minutes starting at 4:30 p.m. Learn more Event Details Admission is free and parking is $10 per vehicle. There will be no in/out parking privileges at the park after 3 p.m. Alcohol, personal fireworks, and pets, excluding service animals, are strictly prohibited. The 26th annual Elk Grove Salutes the Red, White & Blue is presented by the City of Elk Grove in partnership with Sky River Casino, Cosumnes Community Services District, Elk Grove Auto Mall, Explore Elk Grove, Republic Services, Sutter Health, Nina’s Flowers & Gifts, SacRt, Ardent Magazine, Elk Grove Citizen, and 93.7 The River.
