Even though the clock is winding down on voting, campaign fundraising continues. This week two of the three Elk Grove City Council District 2 candidates reported more campaign contributions.

The two candidates, Democrats Rod Brewer and Felipe Martin received donations reflective of the support they received from their party's factions. Brewer received support from labor and business while Martin captured business interest money.

Their donations are:

Rod Brewer
  • Northern California Regional Carpenters 10/18 - $1,000
  • AFSCME Council 57 10/19 - $4,900
  • Southern California Edison 10/4 - $1,000
  • Diane Butz, owner Hanford Ready Mix 10/4 - $4,900
  • Taylor Morrison 10/4 - $2,500
Felipe Martin
  • Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber 10/20 - $4,900
  • Katherine Albiani 10/20 - $1,000
  • Rana Khan 10/14 - $2,000
  • Tailored Homes 10/14 - $1,500
  • P G & E 10/13 - $1,000
  • I Street Public Affairs 10/13 - $1,000
