With rain and high winds forecasted on Saturday, December 3, the City of Elk Grove and organizers of the Third Annual Holiday Lights Parade has been canceled.
The parade was to take place near Elk Grove District56 civic center. While the parade has been canceled, the accompanying Illumination Holiday Festival will proceed. That event will be held at District56 between 3 and 8 p.m.
