District 2 Elk Grove City Councilmember Rod Brewer ends year with $29,000 after raising $172,000 in '22




Campaign finance disclosure filed with the Elk Grove City Clerk's office show newly elected District 2 Elk Grove City Councilmember Rob Brewer raised $172,737 in 2022 for his campaign. Brewer won the office with a plurality of votes after defeating two challengers.

Among Brewer's significant contributors reported on his California Form 460 were the following:

  • Kamilios Companies - $1,000
  • California Apartment Assoc. - $250*
  • Scott Kepper, Big Horn RBVP - $4,900*
  • MMS Strategies - $1,000*
  • Sotiris Kolokotronis, SKK Developments - $500*
  • John Papagiannopoulus, Pappas Investments - $$4,900*
  • Chrisa L. Pappas, Pappas Investments - $4,900*
  • River City Waste Recyclers, Bryan Wilson - $3,000*

Brewer ended the year at $29,939. Of the $172,737 Brewer collected, $69,522 in unpaid personal loans.
