Back in my bartending days in the early 70s, I knew a history professor who was a regular patron at the bar, especially during happy hours. The good professor, with other happy hour imbibers, would discuss all sorts of issues of the day.
One heated topic was a discussion about economics, specifically communism, socialism, and capitalism.
