In a social media post, an Elk Grove City Councilmember has acknowledged he was arrested for drunk driving.
District 4 City Councilmember Sergio Robles acknowledged he was arrested for driving under the influence. The freshman city council member said he was cited for a misdemeanor Saturday morning.
Robles posted the following message on Facebook just minutes ago this afternoon.
Robles was elected to succeed Stephanie Nguyen for District 4. No further information was provided by Robles as to what police department placed him under arrest.
