As 2023 makes way for 2024, it's the time of year for celebrations. Whether your celebrations this time of year are for Christmas, Kwanzaa, Boxing Day or the recently completed Winter Solstice and Hanukkah, or more secular, Elk Grove News extends best wishes to all.
