A reported argument on Elk Grove's west side led to a shooting death late last night.
According to information posted on Elk Grove Police's social media, an argument was heard before the shooting. After shots were fired, a vehicle was seen leaving the parking lot of the Holiday Express hotel on Maritime Drive.
Responding officers located the male victim, who succumbed to the gunshots at the scene. Police have not provided further information regarding possible suspects.
