At least one of the anointed five is taking his oath seriously to make things better for his constituency rather than just bask in the spotlight that comes with the position. Kevin, as of late, is the only council member truly looking out for the people. Thank you, Kevin. Your statements and actions are the only true ray of light coming from the dais.
