On Wednesday, October 23, the Elk Grove City Council held its 19th meeting of 2024. The meeting convened just after 6 p.m. and ended in under two hours.

Among the meeting highlights was a hearing to consider a resolution approving a major design change for the Poppy Grove Apartments Project. There were also presentations from California Senator Angelique Ashby, Sacramento Regional Transit, and Explore Elk Grove.
