Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, headed by Elon Musk, has received a mountain of attention. With the acronym DOGE, which is also the same name as the cryptocurrency heavily promoted by Elon Musk, the unofficial agency promises to streamline government mostly by cutting federal spending.

You're a little too charitable and optimistic. Trump and his goons are soulless inhumane people. They'll gladly rip on immigrants, the poor or any other group they don't like and all the Republicans will follow out of fear.
