A Sacramento man is being held at the county jail following his weekend arrest for allegedly possessing stolen identifications. 

Vong Vang. 
According to Elk Grove Police, a vehicle stop was initiated on Saturday night near Bruceville Road and Elk Grove Boulevard for a code violation. A records check of the driver, 30-year old Vong Vang of Sacramento, found him to be on probation. 

A records check of an occupant of the vehicle found that 31-year old of Daelia Albano of Sacramento had two outstanding arrest warrants. Albano was found to be in possession of narcotics and burglary tools and was arrested.

Vang was found in possession of a credit card not belonging to him and a vehicle search led to the discovery of reported stolen property, burglary tools and personal identification information not belonging to any of the vehicle occupants. Vang was taken into custody and is being held at the county jail ineligible for bail and charged with unlawfully acquiring/retaining and possessing identifications of 10 or more victims.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was operating a motor vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A records
check revealed that S-1 was on probation. The occupants of the vehicle S-2, S-3 and S-4 (Sacramento residents)
were detained. A records check revealed that S-2 had two active warrants out for her arrest. A search of S-1 led to
the discovery of a credit card not belonging to S-1. A search of S-2 led to the discovery of a controlled substance,
narcotics paraphernalia and a burglary tool. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of narcotics paraphernalia,
narcotics, reported stolen property and personal information not belonging to the suspects. The four suspects were
arrested then transported to the main jail.
