A study released today confirms what many in Elk Grove already know - it is one of the most diverse racially and ethnically diverse cities in the United States.
The study, conducted by WalletHub, ranked Elk Grove as the seventh most ethnically and racially diverse cities. The city's overall rank, when language and diversity and origin of birth are included, is ranked 37th overall out of 350 metropolitan areas surveyed. In those two categories the city ranked 84th and 109th respectively.
