Elk Grove Man Arrested on Suspicion of Violating Restraining Order, Possessing Burglary Tools

An Elk Grove man is in custody today at the Sacramento County Jail after he was arrested on a host of charges including violating a restraining order.

On Friday, December 16, Elk Grove Police officers contacted Cameron Peckham (pictured above), 33, on the 4500 block of Tegan Road on the City's west side and discovered he was on probation. A probation search of Peckham led to the discovery of a burglary tool, narcotic paraphernalia, a concealed fixed blade knife, and that he was found to have violated the conditions of a restraining order.

Peckham in being held on a $30,000 bail and faces one felony and eight misdemeanor charges. Arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday, December 20.
