An Elk Grove man is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after leading police on an early morning vehicle pursuit.

Just after 1 a.m. on Thursday, September 21, Elk Grove Police officers observed a vehicle being allegedly operated recklessly by 19-year old Jeffrey LaCalle near Geneva Pointe Drove and Power Inn Road.
