The city would argue that their "corporate welfare" is an investment because the new jobs created will pump more money into the local economy. So to our new tortilla factory workers, I say shed your hairnets, slip off those face masks, and hop on down to the auto mall to buy your new car! Gotta park it somewhere right? Hop on down to Laguna Ridge or SEPA and plunk your bakery money down on a new home! As the Mayor often says, "come on down"...
