South Sacramento murder suspect, accomplice sought by Sac Sherriff's Department

The Sacramento Sheriff's Department has released information and photographs of a man suspected in a mid-April murder in South Sacramento.

The suspect has been identified as Joshua Thomas Vaden, 30, of Sacramento. Vaden, who is a parolee has an active murder arrest warrant and is wanted for an April 14 homicide of a male victim on the 7000 block of Peevey Circle.

Detectives are also seeking an unknown accomplice who they believe was with Vaden. Their vehicle has been identified as a gray 2017 Ford Fiesta with Illinois plate AM73381.
