Suspect in officer involved shooting in Elk Grove identified, booked into county jail,

The suspect in an officer-involved shooting has been released from medical care and booked into the Sacramento County Jail.

That suspect has been identified as 41-year old Lester Nmn Tucker (pictured above). In that shooting two Elk Grove Police officers sustained non-life threatening gunshot wounds in what appeared to be crossfire. 

Tucker is held on a $1 million bail and faces two felony firearm and one misdemeanor charges. Arraignment is on Friday, May 3.
