Two suspects described as teenagers, and another accomplice conspired to mug a victim of their purse in Elk Grove.

At approximately 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, the suspects described as two teenage African American males about 16 years old approached the victim as she stood near her vehicle on the 8500 block of Blue Maiden in a north Elk Grove neighborhood. After a brief struggle, one of the robbers was able to grab the victim's purse.

The suspect who took the purse was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, and an accomplice, possibly acting as a lookout, was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. The suspect's vehicle was a black older model 4-door sedan, and there was no description of a third suspect, who was the driver.
