Late night shoplifter arrested by Elk Grove Police, in possession of burglary tools

A person suspected of late-night shoplifting is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after being arrested by Elk Grove Police.
Just before midnight on Wednesday, November 4, Yekaterina Victorovna Tsymbal, 36, of Sacramento, was detained by personnel at the Ross Dress For Less store on East Stockton Boulevard on suspicion of shoplifting. Responding officers learned that Tsymbal was on probation and in possession of burglary tools.
Tsymbal is held on a violation of probation, burglary, and possession of burglary tools. Arraignment is on Friday, December 6.
