This 55-hour lane closure will involve four locations, causing delays for both southbound and northbound directions and close on and off-ramps.
SCHEDULE:

LOCATIONS:
• NB I-5 will be limited to one lane from Laguna Blvd. to Pocket Rd. (3.5 miles)
• SB I-5 will be limited to one lane from Pocket Road to Laguna Blvd.
• NB I-5 will be limited to two lanes from J Street to Richards Blvd. (1.5 miles)
• SB I-5 will be limited to two lanes from Richards Blvd to J Street

RAMP CLOSURES:
• WB Laguna Blvd On-Ramp to NB I-5

• WB Cosumnes Blvd On-Ramp to NB I-5
• L Street On-Ramp to NB I-5
• I Street On-Ramp to NB I-5
• Richards Blvd On Ramp to SB I-5

We are expecting heavy traffic at these locations during the day. Please consider alternate routes, such as State Route 99 to avoid being stuck in heavy traffic.
A 55 mph speed limit through the construction zone will be strictly enforced. Any motorists caught speeding will be cited so please slow for the cone zone.
