The Elk Grove police crime blotter for Friday, June 6 through Sunday, June 8 reveals a weekend capped by two separate incidents involving guns.
In the first incident, an unknown suspect shot several times into an occupied dwelling on the 8700 block of Halverson Dr. There were no injuries and there is no suspect information available.
The second incident happened early Sunday morning on the 9700 block of Elk Grove-Florin Rd. An unknown suspect described a black male adult aged 18-21 fired a shotgun into the air several times as he fled a disturbance at a party.
Police officers were unable to locate the suspect.
The other incident happened Sunday night near Bond Rd and Stonebrook Dr. Police arrested David Dau. Police were called after a witness saw the suspect brandish a loaded firearm.
Police also made three DUI, one domestic violence and one burglary arrests.
