Attempted bank hold up in Elk Grove

Elk Grove Police are looking for a suspect wanted in an attempted bank hold up yesterday.

At 4:11 yesterday afternoon an unknown male Asian suspect attempt to rob the Bank of America located on Laguna Blvd in Elk Grove. According to police reports, the suspect displayed a handgun and demanded cash from a teller who fell to the floor in fear. The suspect fled the bank without taking any cash.

The suspect is described as 5'2" to 5'3" with facial hair and was wearing a black hat and grey sweatshirt.
