On Wednesday evening Elk Grove Police arrested 19-year-old Michael Williams on suspicion of burglary.
According to police reports, officers responded to a burglary in progress at 9:27 on the 8300 block of Kingmont Way. Upon arrival at the scene, the residents provided a description of the suspect.
Police located the suspect shortly thereafter and recovered the stolen property. Williams was arrested and transported to the county jail.
