New Years Eve Hold Up At Elk Grove Walgreens

Elk Grove Police also make numerous DUI arrests


The Walgreen's on Franklin and Laguna Blvd. was robbed by an armed robber on New Year's Eve.

According to police reports, a Black Male adult entered the store at approximately 9:38 Wednesday evening and brandished a small silver handgun at a store employee and demanded money. The suspect fled the store in green over tan SUV with an undetermined amount of money.

Police also report that three arrests were made on Wednesday and Thursday for D.U.I.
