An all too common crime in communities across the country is stealing bikes. But for one fortunate person in Elk Grove, officers caught a couple would-be robbers.
According to police reports, a witness saw two juvenile males enter the victim’s garage and steal a bike. Officer quickly responded and located the stolen bike and the two suspects.
The two Elk Grove suspects were arrested and transferred to juvenile hall. The bike was returned to the owner.
