Elk Grove Firefighters To Provide Honor Guard For Fallen Soldier

The Cosumnes Community Services District Fire Department will escort the body of Sgt. Bryan Hall on Sunday morning from Executive Airport in Sacramento to Elk Grove. Hall, an Elk Grove native and Elk Grove High School Graduate, was killed by a suicide bomber in Iraq one week ago.

Hall will be transported on a fire engine from the airport and make its to Elk Grove in a 50 car procession. CCSD Chief Steve Foster is asking the public to line Elk Grove Blvd. as the procession makes it way to Station 71 near Old Town.

The procession is expected to arrived at Station 71 at 11:30 am Sunday Morning. A community memorial for Hall is scheduled for Thursday, April 23 at the First Baptist Church on E. Stockton Blvd in Elk Grove.
