Cosumnes CSD Reportedly Moving To Separate General Manager

The Cosumnes Community Service District (CCSD) board of directors is reportedly negotiating a separation package with general manager Donna Hansen according to an anonymous source familiar with the proceedings.

The source also said that Jeff Ramos would be installed as acting general manager. Ramos is currently the district’s chief operating officer.

The CCSD provides fire protection service and manages parks and recreation activities in the Elk Grove and Galt area of Sacramento County.

CCSD interim public information officer Steve Geissinger declined comment saying it is a personnel matter that would be only discussed in a closed executive session. Geissinger said there was no activity to report from either of the two most recent board meetings.
