With congress leaving Washington DC for their August recess, representatives will be descending on their districts in the coming weeks to meet with constituents and try to garner support for their position on the looming health care debate.
When Republican Dan Lungren returns, not only will he hear from his constituents, he will undoubtedly hear his name blasted continuously on local radio stations.
As one of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee ‘s(DCCC) targets in 2010, Lungren is widely viewed in Democratic Party circles as vulnerable. The DCCC has targeted Lungren and nine other Republican members of congress.
To this end, the DCCC will start airing radio spots in the Sacramento market next week.

Hopefully he hears that Dr. bera has a real plan on Health Care reform, not just political rhetoric. We need a doctor in the house!
