Three teenage boys were cited early Friday morning after they were alleged to have vandalized a city park.
According to Elk Grove Police reports, officers responded to a vandalism call shortly after midnight to Perry Park on Brown Road. The caller said that a white Cadillac was associated with perpetrators.
Officers located the Cadillac and contacted six individuals inside the vehicle. One of the suspects, a 17-year old juvenile male from Sacramento was intoxicated.
Officers located an aluminum bat on a park bench that had been used to vandalize two light poles. The 17-year old was issued a ciation and released to custody of his mother.
The two other suspects, a 16-year old Elk Grove male and a 15-year old Sacramento males were issued citations and released to their parents. There was no action taken with the three other people in the car.
