Elk Grove Juvenile Arrested For Cell Phone Theft

A 15-year old Elk Grove resident was arrested last night after stealing a cell phone.

According to Elk Grove Police, the male juvenile suspect took a cell phone from his juvenile victim and when the victim tried to reclaim it, the suspect challenged the victim to a fight. The incident happened on the 5700 block of Whitelock Parkway.

Offices contacted the suspect and retrieved the phone along with another cell phone that did not belong to the suspect. The suspect was arrested and transferred to juvenile hall.
