Elk Grove News to Affiliate with Sacramento Bee

As some of our regular readers have heard, Elk Grove News will soon start an affiliation with the regions largest news source, The Sacramento Bee.

The new program is called Sacramento Connect. As described by the Bee, each of the affiliates will have a small toolbar anchored at the bottom of the page that will act as a "search engine and aggregator [that] will focus on finding content from sacbee.com and a network of blogs and sites handpicked by Bee editors for their consistent quality."

The formal launch will be on Monday, March 29. Read more about this venture at the Sacramento Connect site.
