Answers to Logistics Questions for Next Week's Elk Grove City Council SOI Meeting

The following information was provided by Elk Grove public information officer Christine Brainerd.

The City anticipates a large number of attendees at the April 14 meeting and, as is customary, extra seating will be available in the overflow areas outside the Council Chamber where two televisions are stationed with a live broadcast of the meeting.

The number and type of security personnel for a council meeting are routinely adjusted by EGPD based on the expected number of people attending.

The agenda is currently in draft form. A final draft will be published on Friday by 2 p.m.

Parking is available at 8380, 8400 and 8401 Laguna Palms Way.

There are currently no plans for a media release.
