Look what developer money has done to Elk Grove!! And who is leading the developer pack and already shopping Tim Murphy to join him on the Elk Grove City Council? One guess: The Elk Grove City Council member who is SUPPOSED to represent the District 2 rural area. WHAT A CROCK!!!!

Sutter Creek, save yourselves!! One Elk Grove is enough!!!!
