As required by state law, all five members of the Elk Grove City Council recently filed California Form 700, Statement of Economic Interests.

Of the five, three members, Jim Cooper, Gary Davis and Pat Hume disclosed additional information. Mayor Sophia Scherman and Vice Mayor Steve Detrick had no interests to report.

Cooper, who is running for Sacramento County Sheriff, submitted a Schedule C, Income, Loans, & business Positions form. Cooper reported a gross income of between $1,001 and $10,000 received from Prudential California Realty, 7801 Laguna Boulevard, Suite 100, Elk Grove. The income was listed as a spouse’s or registered domestic partner’s income.

Davis filed a Schedule D Income - Gifts with his disclosure. Davis listed three gifts, all dinners. They were from PG&E on April 26 valued at $72.06; Teichert on April 25, 2009 valued at $98.00; and Sutter Health also on April 25 valued at $98.00.

With his filings Hume included a Schedule A-1 Investments and Schedule B Interests in Real Property. On the A-1 Hume lists himself as a minority owner of JGH LLC, a family estate holding, and places a fair market value between $100,001 and $1,000,000.

On his schedule B, Hume lists a property in Elk Grove valued between $100,001 and $1,000,000 with rental gross income between $10,001 and $100,000.
